Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, No. 6698 (“Law”); the applications to the data controller in address KURUÇEŞME MH. ARNAVUTKÖY KURUÇEŞME CD. 83 A BEŞİKTAŞ / ISTANBUL, TİM OTOMOTİV DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş. (“Our Company”) regarding the rights of data subject must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In this context, the applications to be made to our Companies in “writing” can be submitted;
- By filling out this form, with the application of data subject in person,
- Via notary public or
- By signing with the secure electronic signature defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 by the data subject and sending to the registered electronic mail address (Kep) of our Companies,
- By filling in the form and sending it to [email protected] e-mail address using the mobile signature or the e-mail address previously declared by the data subject to the data controller and registered in the data controller’s system.
In the following, information is given about how the written applications will be delivered to us, i.e. the ways of submitting written applications.

Your applications submitted to us shall be answered free of charge, depending on the nature of the demand and within 30 (thirty) days from the date your demand is received by us pursuant to Article 13 paragraph 2 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, our Companies shall charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Our responses will be sent to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data.

Our Company reserves the right to request additional documents and information (identity card, driver’s license, power of attorney, etc.) in order to determine the identity and authority, and to eliminate the legal risks that may arise due to illegal and unlawful data sharing, and especially to ensure the protection of your personal data. In the event that the information regarding your request, which you submit in the form is not correct and up-to-date or an unauthorized application is made, our Companies shall not be responsible for such misinformation or unauthorized applications.
